Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the size of your order.

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means of your original payment.

Rough-Tech will ship to confirmed addresses only. In most cases you will receive your item within 5 days. If there is a delay Rough-Tech will be in contact with you. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.

If requested, we can supply the tracking number to you. The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).
